Boiler and Air Conditioning Repair Website in Tashkent: A Live Teardown

The company handles boiler and air conditioning repair and installation in Tashkent — a niche where people rarely browse out of curiosity. They show up because the house is cold, the AC unit is leaking, or the boiler died in the middle of winter. In that moment, nobody wants to spend time figuring out a website: they need to quickly see that help is available, what it will cost, and how to call or message.

We went through the site the way an ordinary visitor from search would: opened the homepage, went through the services and "about" sections, checked how it behaves on a phone and how fast the server responds. Technically, the site holds up well — it loads quickly, with no delays. But the questions that actually matter to someone with a leaking air conditioner go unanswered.

Below is what a real customer would see on this site, and what's worth fixing first.

What stops it from selling

There's no way to message on Telegram or WhatsApp from the site

What it costs the business. When the AC starts leaking in the evening or on a weekend, dialing a number and waiting on hold is the last thing anyone wants to do. People simply go elsewhere, to a business where they can message in one click. These enquiries aren't rare or low-quality — they just never reach the company, because the site doesn't offer the contact method people actually use.

What we do. We add a Telegram and WhatsApp button to the site header, plus a separate floating button on mobile, with a ready-made first message like "I need AC repair." A few hours of work.

No page on the site mentions how much repair or installation costs

What it costs the business. We went through all six pages of the site — homepage, services, about, and the rest — and found no pricing anywhere. For boiler and AC repair this matters a lot: people compare several companies in a row and pick the ones where the price is clear upfront. Silence on cost gets read by many as "expensive" or "they'll pad the bill on-site," even when that isn't true.

What we do. We set a from–to range for the main services — callout, diagnostics, refrigerant refill, installation — and explain what the final price depends on. This doesn't lock the company into the lower end, but it filters out people whose budget won't match anyway, and removes doubt for everyone else. A day or two, including the copy.

The Russian and Uzbek versions of the site aren't linked for search

What it costs the business. In Tashkent, people search for appliance repair both in Russian and in Uzbek — these are different queries from different people. Without the language versions properly linked, Google confuses them and often shows the wrong version to the wrong audience: the Uzbek page to a Russian-speaking searcher, and vice versa. Some potential customers never even scroll down to find the site in search results.

What we do. We link the language versions the way search engines expect, so each language gets its own matching page. A few hours, if both versions already exist on the site.

What this gives

A customer with a leaking AC unit or a broken boiler lands on a site where they can message on a familiar app right away, instead of hunting for a phone number.

People see a price range before they even call — and either message right away or honestly realize it's out of budget, instead of quietly closing the tab.

Search engines stop confusing the Russian and Uzbek versions of the site and show the right page to the right audience.

What this costs

Out of every hundred people who reach the site ready to get in touch, roughly 27–52 are lost at these points.

This is an estimate based on our own stated assumptions, not a measurement of someone else's analytics: we do not know this site's traffic and do not make it up. We count per hundred visitors, and the share of every item is open in our code.
