The brief
Dilrabo does not resell other operators' packages; it runs its own programmes, from a two-hour horse ride to a «Golden Triangle» across three countries. Their site currently shows no tour prices, only a general range; places are «confirmed within 24 hours», the payment link comes from a manager, and the order form has four mandatory fields. In the mock-up all nine tours sit in one search by city, days and party size. One programme comes in four formats: with a group or in a private car with a guide — a Chevrolet Gentra, Hyundai H1 or Staria from their own fleet — priced for everyone. Before payment the app checks hotels, train, guide and car for those dates. The family's passports in Latin script are saved in the profile, and a card from any country comes first, then Click and Payme: their guests come from 25+ countries. The manager moves the deal along a Bitrix24 kanban and the status changes in the iPhone at once; the voucher, tickets and day-by-day programme open offline. Alongside sits a page walking the guest's six steps, in Russian and Uzbek. Tour prices in the mock-up are demo.
