The official distributor of the American supplement brand Greenwell in Uzbekistan. Today «Buy» on their site sends people to Uzum Market. The mock-up is their own phone-first store with instalments and reviews for points, plus a panel where the owner sees profit, delivery speed and the funnel.

The brief
80% of Greenwell's visitors come from a phone, yet the «Buy at a discount» button on their site leads to Uzum Market, where cheaper competitor products sit right next to their jar. Only one of their 13 products has its own page, reviews live on the marketplace, and the site has no phone number. The mock-up brings the whole journey home: a catalogue by goal, search that understands both «uyqu» and «joints», a product card with the composition from the label, the sanitary certificate, reviews and a «from N sum a month» price. Checkout fits on one screen: sign-in by code, address by map pin with landmark and floor, Click, Payme, Uzum Bank, card or instalments with Uzum Nasiya, Alif or Anorbank over 3, 6 or 12 months with a schedule. The courier shows on a map, and after delivery comes a review for points. The order lands in the panel as the top line, and each status change reaches the buyer. The owner sees revenue, margin by product, delivery speed, what is running out and where buyers drop off; a manager doesn't see profit or cost. This panel became our reference for the admin panels in other mock-ups.
