Harvest in Motion

A prototype site with a scroll-driven animation: the client opens one link and scrolls a working site instead of studying mockups.

The brief

The client showed us a European competitor's site and asked whether animation like that was realistic. Rather than answer in words on an estimate, we built a working prototype on a separate subdomain. A scroll-driven scene, «Harvest in Motion»: dried fruit enters the frame, nuts join it, the harvest sorts itself into baskets, boxes move to loading, then the export routes — with a breakdown, right there, of how many lines of code each effect costs. Alongside it are two complete design concepts — a cinematic dark one and a light catalogue — plus the site itself in three languages with real content and an admin panel. Everything sits on one showcase page with an honest note on which figures are confirmed and which are industry defaults. Zero animation libraries: position: sticky, transform and a single scroll handler; with prefers-reduced-motion on, the scene shows its final frames without movement. After the walkthrough the client owes us exactly one decision — which direction to take.
