The brief
ShahaR.Uz is a multi-listing service: buy, rent, daily and hourly across every region of the country, with a licence for realtor services and a realtor liability insurance policy. On their site all of this is hidden in the footer, and the first screen greets you with a template error: «Real estate in Tashkentskaya». Search is twelve small fields in one row, on a phone it is a shrunken copy, there is no company phone number, and the home page carries news from 2021–2023. In the mock-up the intro flies into the letter «H» of SHAHAR, with the city showing through the letters. The first screen holds search with «Buy · Rent · Daily» tabs, with «since 1998» and the licence beside it. A catalogue with filters in a single strip and a live counter, favourites without registration, new builds by class. Each listing has a gallery, the price in dollars, soums or euros, a mortgage calculator and booking for a viewing. Their promise «We'll find it for free» became the main button: the request, with its text already written, goes to the administrator on Telegram. The site installs on a phone like an app, and favourites and contacts open even without a connection.
