Soffice
The managing partner of 18 business centres in Tashkent: offices, private rooms, open space and coworking with no commission. A home page where tenants pick an office by area and monthly budget on a map of all 18 buildings, and a management panel linked to the site: a unit's status set in the panel shows to tenants at once.

The brief
A tenant on soffice.uz sees a rate «from 420,000 UZS/m²» with no «per month» and no word on VAT, and does the maths alone. On a phone the home page takes about 8 seconds, the cookie banner covers the «Find an office» button, Telegram opens a news channel instead of a manager, and the Uzbek menu has Cyrillic letters. The mock-up offers a one-minute finder: area, district or building, monthly budget, and at once «N business centres match». A custom map of Tashkent with three metro lines and 18 points, each with a photo, the monthly total for your area, metro and parking. A catalogue with filters and side-by-side comparison of up to three, a monthly cost with and without 12% VAT and per year. A floor plan of Platform with free units and booking a viewing of a specific unit, and a viewing in two taps with a ready message to WhatsApp or Telegram. The management panel covers occupancy by building, leads and deals, viewings, floors and units, leases, invoices, maintenance and the owner's report. A broker does not see the owner's money, an accountant does not see deals. Three languages: Russian, Uzbek, English.
