Legal Services Website in Tashkent: A Teardown of a Tilda Site and What Keeps It From Bringing In Clients From Search

This is a legal services website in Tashkent built on Tilda. It's a common and understandable story: the lawyer needed a storefront with services and contacts, and a site builder made it possible to launch quickly and without a big investment. The site opens without delay: the server responds in about 0.4 seconds, so there is no complaint about speed.

The overall score from our check is 66. That is the middle: nothing catastrophic, but still far from working confidently to attract clients. For legal services this matters especially: a person with a problem goes to search, compares several consultancies, and picks the one they trust at first glance at the results page and at the site.

So we are not looking at design, but at the technical foundation: how the site looks to a search engine, and what a visitor sees in the browser and in search results. Below are four findings, from the most costly to the smallest.

What stops it from selling

For some visitors the padlock disappears in the browser, and pages can look broken

What it costs the business. Someone looking for a lawyer is already choosing carefully. If the address bar shows a warning instead of a padlock and some images fail to load, trust drops before they have read the first paragraph. For a consultancy where the client leaves a phone number and describes their situation, this is a direct loss of enquiries.

What we do. We move all internal image and script addresses to the secure connection, and replace or remove external resources that do not support it. This usually takes a few hours.

A search engine may take months to find individual service pages

What it costs the business. A legal consultancy usually has many practice areas: family disputes, contracts, business, real estate. If there is no direct link from the home page to a specific service page, the crawler takes a long time to reach it or never gets there at all. Then a person searching for exactly that service simply will not see your site in the results.

What we do. We set up a sitemap that updates itself when pages are added, reference it in robots.txt, and submit it to Search Console. A few hours.

In search results, the site's listing looks poorer than those of neighbouring consultancies

What it costs the business. Competitors show their address, opening hours, services and reviews right in the results. You have only a bare link. When a person is choosing between several lawyers, they click the result that shows at once where the office is and when it is open. Even at the same position, your listing loses on clicks.

What we do. We mark up the organisation, address, opening hours and list of services in the way Google reads it. About half a day of work, after which extra lines may appear in the results.

The search crawler moves around the site blindly and spends time on service pages

What it costs the business. While the site has few pages, this is almost unnoticeable. But without instructions, the crawler spends its visit on technical addresses instead of service pages, and there is nowhere to tell it where the sitemap is. It is a small thing that amplifies the sitemap problem.

What we do. We write a robots.txt with a link to the sitemap and close technical addresses to crawling. About half an hour.

What this gives

Service pages become visible to search engines, and a person looking for specific help can find them.

In the results, the consultancy's listing looks as complete as its neighbours': address, opening hours and services are visible before the click.

The visitor sees the padlock and a whole page, so they don't leave in the first seconds and get as far as the form or a call.

A full rebuild of the site around the needs of a legal consultancy is something we do; part of the fixes described here can also be done separately, in a few hours.

What this costs

Out of every hundred people who reach the site ready to get in touch, roughly 5–15 are lost at these points.

This is an estimate based on our own stated assumptions, not a measurement of someone else's analytics: we do not know this site's traffic and do not make it up. We count per hundred visitors, and the share of every item is open in our code.
