Visitors can't tell what an event will cost
What it costs the business. We went through all six pages the way a client would and found no pricing guidance anywhere. "How much does it cost?" is the first question almost everyone planning an event asks. Some people will write and ask, but many will simply move on to a company that named a price, and you will never know about them. For a high-ticket service, silence about price is easily read as "expensive" or "we'll haggle".
What we do. We add a "from-to" range for the main formats (for example, an intimate event, a corporate party, a large conference) and briefly explain what drives the final figure: number of guests, venue, equipment, program. This doesn't commit you to selling at the lower bound, but it filters out people who can't afford you and brings in better-prepared inquiries. Usually a day or two, including the copy.
