The brief
A flat buyer compares dozens of complexes, works out a mortgage and wants to book a viewing fast. DomTut has more data than most: 494 new builds, 29,927 sale listings, construction progress, prices by district. Yet 9 of the 31 complexes on the first catalogue page show «Negotiable» or «0» instead of a price, a building's class differs between the home page and its card, and the Google Play app has not been updated since January 2024, is absent from the App Store, and its recent reviews are about crashes and logging in. The site in the mock-up: the intro assembles their sign, the heart beats and the camera flies into it; a first screen with parallax and search on liquid glass, the buyer's journey on scroll, a feed of complexes with their renders, prices by district. The app: new builds with search, filters in a bottom sheet and sorting, a complex card with gallery, flats, floor plan diagram, mortgage and map, booking a viewing through to the «You're booked for a viewing» screen and a calendar file, free matching in 5 steps, a price map, favourites and comparison, notifications, prices in sum or dollars. iOS-style transitions, with a swipe from the edge to go back. Russian and Uzbek.
