The brief

The agency wanted its clients to stop calling to ask which tours exist, whether the booking is confirmed and where the voucher is. The prototype's search — from, to, dates on a calendar, nights, children with ages, meals, stars — queries the tour operators one by one while a plane flies an arc, and puts the cheapest tours on top; for each hotel you see which operator sells it for less. Before booking, the price is checked with the operator: confirmed, or «was, now». Travellers are entered in Latin letters as in the passport and saved to the profile. «Book» creates a deal in the right Bitrix24 column; when the manager moves it, the client's status feed changes with a notification. Payment in full or as a deposit via Click, Payme, Uzum, cards or instalments; the voucher, tickets, insurance and travel memo open offline; there is a chat with the manager and a price watch. On the mock-up page the manager's kanban is linked to the iPhone live. Russian and Uzbek. The current inapp.uz site serves a self-signed certificate, so the browser greets visitors with a warning.
