Karvon Run
An ad mini-game that makes you want the full one: steer a caravan through multiplying gates, dodge ambushes and storm the fortress. A twenty-second round, with the «Install» button on screen the whole time.
Play right on the phone screen, with a mouse or a finger. It is the same file that goes to the ad network.

The brief
A studio demo: Karvon Run is made up for the example and has no client. This is what a mobile game ad looks like when people can play it right in the feed, before installing. The «crowd and gates» mechanic is one of the most common in casual game ads. A finger steers the caravan left and right, blue gates add and multiply (+10, ×2, ×3), red ones subtract and divide, and red squads on the road eat part of the caravan. At the end there is an army at a Registan-style portal: enough people means victory, too few means «so close» and an offer to try again. Both outcomes lead to the end card with the «Install for free» button. What is inside. One HTML file with no images or libraries: the art and sound are drawn by code, so the whole game weighs about 50 KB against the ad networks' 5 MB limit. A hand hint on the first screen, and the install button is visible from start to finish. The button detects the platform itself: MRAID (Unity Ads, AppLovin, ironSource, Mintegral, Liftoff), Meta, Google Ads. The start, every gate, the win and the button tap go out as events for the network's analytics or a tracker. The game text is in the site's six languages.
