The brief
A brief with a budget range and three references became three complete sites that differ not in palette but in design school: a Swiss grid, a magazine spread with a drop cap and parallax, and a dark cinema with full-screen scenes, a master plan and a floor chessboard. Each lets you open a residential project, filter flats, see one of seven floor plans matched to the area and calculate a payment on partner banks' terms. Alongside them, an admin panel: projects, buildings, flats, leads, roles, analytics. The centrepiece of the pitch is the configurator: twenty priced add-ons switch on with a toggle, the block appears on the page without a reload, the page scrolls to it, a fresh block gets a «before / after» switch, and the total is recalculated in dollars, soums and roubles. Flats and drawings are computed on the server; only the interface ships to the browser. The showcase is behind an access code and hidden from search: only the client sees it.
