The brief
Most of Medikor's buyers are organisations: clinics, medical colleges, schools, gyms, public buyers under Russia's 44-FZ and 223-FZ procurement laws. The current site makes this hard: there is no invoice for a company, only «Buy in 1 click» and a call-back, some products show neither a price nor «ask for price», the HR-501's stock status differs between the catalogue, the card and the specs, and delivery is costed only after the order. Their HR-501 is cheaper than at other sellers, but the site doesn't show it. In the mock-up price and stock are in plain view, with «Invoice for a company» next to them: the tax ID pulls in the company details and the invoice is ready at once. Without a price there's «Request a quote», marked for 44-FZ, and the manager's answer is accepted with one button and becomes an invoice. The card carries the registration certificate and manual, the HR-501 shows other sellers' prices, and search understands abbreviations and everyday words like «manikin» or «veins». Delivery is priced by weight: pickup, courier in Moscow, CDEK, PEK, Delovye Linii; the order holds the tracking number, the closing documents and the warranty card. The intro is an ECG line whose peak enters the ball of their mark. The panel: orders, quotes, invoices, organisations, products; a manager does not see revenue.
