SIA

The brief

SIA's mark is drawn with steel trusses, and the mock-up holds to that idea: structure before appearance. In the intro the trusses of the letters fly apart and reassemble into the frame of a villa from their archive, the sheet brightens to paper, and a drawing of the same house wipes into the render on the first screen. Every project appears this way: in a gallery that slides sideways as you scroll, in a camera flight from the villa's facade through the spa glass into the interior, on a project page captioned like a drawing stamp. The archive is 65 rows with a filter and a cover that follows the cursor, services open with louvres, and between pages steel blinds close over the screen with the project code. The main button is the bureau's WhatsApp with a ready message. Nothing is made up: their site gives 6 years on the market in one place and 15 in another, so that number is left out. The second variant is dark, with grain and black-and-white photos where colour spreads out from under the cursor. The panel holds projects, the text and photos of each home-page block, news, team, media library, users and roles with per-section rights, and an action log; every edit shows on the site at once.
