The brief
Not «three versions to choose from», as with MAVERA, but one: the client already had a decent site, so the conversation was not about what it should become but about what it was missing. The order of sections repeats their site — residential complexes, flat picker, ground-floor commercial space, construction progress, five steps to buying, news, contacts — so the two are easy to compare. The complex card changes as a whole, together with its photo and what is nearby. Under the chosen flat a mortgage calculation on the buyer's terms opens at once. Alongside it is an admin panel where all of this is edited without a developer.
